I did not get my CEU certificate for completion of a course. How do I receive it?

There are a couple of possibilities for not receiving your certificate. 

1. You must complete the Code Red Challenge with the required passing score of 80%. Once passed, you will receive an automated email from the Haugen Academy Administrator containing the CEU certificate as a pdf attachment. If you did not pass, you can retake the test at your convenience – no need to take the entire course again. Just navigate to the test using the Table of Contents in the course. 
2. If you did pass the course and still did not receive the email containing the CEU certificate, the email may have gone to junk/spam folder. Automatic notifications are sent from the Haugen Academy Administrator <haugenacademy.notifications@coursemill.com>; (Haugen Academy Administrator via amazonses.com) so please be sure this email address is on your safe sender list.
