Description

What can you bill when the preventive visit turns into a sick visit?  Too often, a patient is scheduled for a preventive visit and mentions a separate complaint, or several complaints during the visit.  There may be times when it is appropriate to bill for both a preventive service and a problem-oriented service but documentation is key in supporting the services billed.  This one-hour webinar will describe when and how to bill a preventive service along with a sick visit and the documentation required.
