I have to say this is exactly what I needed to help me understand these complex codes and get me ready for the CIRCC exam. I loved the format of the presentation and all the pictures as I am a visual learner. Kristi did an awesome job of presenting and is a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely recommend you company to fellow coworkers. Thank you
