Description
This webinar wraps up our wound care (WC) trilogy series. We explore more of the disease processes commonly seen in the WC center such as osteomyelitis and gangrene. We dissect a couple of ‘real-life’ case examples and conclude the webinar with some of our frequently asked questions from our wound care series.
Objectives:
- Discuss proper coding of osteomyelitis and gangrene in the WC setting
- Differentiate when combination codes should be reported
- Review pertinent coding references relating to WC
- Assign CPT codes for more complicated case examples

There was great information in this but at times I found the presenter awkward in their presentation. It seemed like they include bits of chitchat that was distracting.
