407 reviews for Is it Clinically Significant? Applying Secondary Diagnosis Guidelines
I would like to see this possibly broken out for IP only with more case examples. It can be difficult at times to know for sure if the condition is codable.
a lot of extra details were mentioned that would be nice to have on the slides so it could be used in future recall. I won’t be able to remember everything in a couple of months
Course long and fast

Is it Clinically Significant? Applying Additional Diagnosis Guidelines
My only recommendation would be to break inpatient and outpatient coding apart. Include from coding guidelines the definition of chronic condition and point out it says “may” report. It helps support the UHDDS of other diagnosis re: clin. Sig
Appreciate the humor.
The course was very informative and useful
I love the scenario, it helped to understand the concept /guidelines better.
Good information
