Toby brings more than 27 years of information technology experience to the Haugen education team as an E-Learning Course Development Specialist. With a background spanning technical support, network systems, information security, and solution architecture, Toby has spent his career working with complex technologies and finding practical, user-friendly solutions to technical challenges.
Toby brings an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a talent for making complex information easier to understand. At Haugen, he applies that experience to developing engaging, user-friendly eLearning experiences for Haugen Academy learners.
Toby holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science and Network Administration from Denver Technical College and has completed additional coursework in Technical Management at DeVry University. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
