Description
Expanding on our 2023 webinar “Coding for Venus: Procedure Coding for the Female Genital System,” this webinar digs deeper into this tricky area of coding by walking through procedure report documentation. Colpopexies, biopsies, LEEP procedures, cystocele and rectocele surgeries, hysterectomies, and more! Join us for a practical approach to CPT coding for GYN procedures.
Objectives:
- Apply CPT codes to gynecological cases
- Utilize NCCI edits and modifiers to prevent inappropriate unbundling of procedures
- Distinguish between various codes for vaginal repair
- Identify documentation requirements for hysterectomy coding
