Commitment: Memberships are for the duration of your selected subscription period. There are no refunds for early termination. If you cancel prior to the end of your subscription period, you will be billed for and have access through your existing membership commitment.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

In addition to access to Haugen Academy courses on a single use basis, Haugen Academy may offer subscriptions to Haugen Academy courses, which allow access to courses for the duration of the subscription period (the duration of the subscription period may be referred to as the “Membership.” Memberships may be available for 3 month, 6 month or 12 month terms. MEMBERSHIP FEES WILL BE BILLED MONTHLY IN ADVANCE DURING THE MEMBERSHIP TERM. BY SELECTING ONE OF THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS, YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR THE ENTIRE TERM, EVEN IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF THE MEMBERSHIP TERM. MEMBERSHIP TERMS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU CANCEL THE RENEWAL. YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEES MAY INCREASE OR RECUR IF YOU DO NOT TAKE STEPS TO STOP OR PREVENT YOUR MEMBERSHIP FROM RENEWING. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO EXPIRATION OF THE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP TERM TO STOP ADDITIONAL CHARGES; ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE EFFECTIVE AT THE END OF THE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP TERM. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR MEMBERHSIP ONLINE OR BY CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HAHelp@thehaugengroup.com. Haugen Academy may decline to renew Memberships at our sole discretion. Haugen Academy may terminate a Membership for conduct in violation of these Terms of Use. Accounts showing no usage for the Membership terms may be terminated at the end of the current Membership term.
