I do better with reading than listening and I read faster than the narration, so it was slow for me
It seemed overly simplified, basic knowledge for the most part. Maybe examples of just how complex it actually is to clean up these type errors would be helpful, most employees have no clue.
This was a very insightful course it gave a more in depth look at how important registration is from the beginning to end of a patient care experience.
